Customers may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving the product if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. To initiate a return request, customers must contact our support team and provide order details along with clear images of the product.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as opened food products, herbal powders, or consumable goods may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake from our side, such as sending the wrong product.
